Bingo! Incase you missed the borderline rape monologue from DCM’s Assscat, and wanted to be shocked by it first hand, it starts at 38 minutes.

Um. First of all: Trigger Warning.

Second of all, I know this video is relatively old (last summer), so I apologize if I’m dredging up already addressed things, but I just saw this.

I want to throw up. Basically this is an improv festival, and one of the games involved audience members coming up to the mic and telling a true story from their life. At about 38 minutes, a guy comes to the mic, and gleefully, totally unaware, tells the story of how he raped a woman. 

It’s extremely disturbing. The people on stage are clearly uncomfortable, keep making comments about the illegal nature of his actions in the story, and yet don’t really do anything significant and ultimately  applaud him at the end.

This truly gives insight into the mind of a rapist, though, if you think about it. How many rapists don’t know that they’ve raped?

Anyway I’m pretty shaken from having watched this.
